Welcome to RankUp Academy. By booking our esports coaching services or using our training programs, you agree to these rules. We want to help you climb the ranks, but we also expect professional behavior from all players.

If you do not agree with these rules, you may not use our services.

We offer game-specific coaching, strategy sessions, and expert guidance to help you improve your skills.

While our coaches provide top-tier training, esports success requires personal effort, practice, and time. We do not guarantee a specific rank, win rate, or tournament result. Your progress depends entirely on your dedication to the training programs.

Respect is essential in competitive gaming. You must treat our coaches and other players with complete respect at all times.

• No toxic behavior, harassment, or offensive language.
• No cheating, exploiting bugs, or breaking the rules of the games we coach.
• Show up on time for your scheduled sessions.

If you violate these rules, we will cancel your training programs immediately without a refund.

All training programs must be paid in full before the first session begins.

If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 48 hours before your session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded. If a coach needs to reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a full refund for that session.
